About Us
Our facility houses a wide range of brand new Intenza Treadmills, Recumbent Bikes, Stationary Bikes, Precor Ellipticals, Stairmasters, a Gauntlet StepMill, Woodway Treadmills, as well as a variety of strength and resistance machines. Our free weight area hosts a variety of equipment: a straight barbell curl rack with multiple weights from 30lbs to 110lbs, a full dumbbell rack with weights ranging from 5 lbs. to 125 lbs., an Olympic squat rack, Rubber plates, Bumper plates, a Smith Machine and Olympic barbells.
Our locker rooms feature steam rooms as well as day lockers and showers that are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We provide towel service, free wifi, and complimentary coffee.
The facility is open 24 hours.
For membership services visit us Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm or Saturday 8am to 1pm.
